Happy Birthday Cassandra! I hope you have enjoyed your day :) . Here is some scrapping love for you and the readers.
This card was created using the Bloomin' Paisleys line. To make the curls on the right side of the card, simply cut a strip of paper approximately 1 1/2 inches wide and then snip 1/4 inch slits all down one edge of the strip (being careful not to cut all the way through). Then roll the individual sections over a round paintbrush or thin pencil to curl. Voila! Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy (as my five year old daughter likes to say LOL!)
